I think he has been a very misguided person. From the record. I do not believe he has always been a man of good judgment. Whatever he is. we made him. Whatever be his characteristics. he developed them during his lifetime in the United States. I simply think it was quite unjust and improper to send him off to Finland. where he cannot speak the language and has no contacts. and where he had not been since he was 10 months old. He is now 55 years of age. He was in this country for 53 years before he was deported to Finland. Mr. President.
