These are only some of the problems. Clearly something must be done to help these people. The bills proposed by the Senate Subcommittee on *Migrant Labor and passed by the Senate constitute one excellent approach to this problem. a problem which should be of concern to all Americans. We. who believe in democracy and the right of the individual to freedom. in equal opportunity. and the pursuit of happiness. must fight for these rights for the migrant.
