Mr. Speaker. in October of 1962. the New York World Telegram and Sun. one of the countrys leading afternoon and evening papers. ran an excellent series of articles on the plight of migrant workers. These articles were written by New York World Telegram and Sun Staff Writer Dale Wright. who for 6 months worked as a migrant laborer along the Atlantic seaboard from Florida to New York. Dale Wrights story is a telling one. and I believe it should be brought to the attention of every Member of Congress. Therefore. I shall insert the entire seeach day. in the hopes that it will attract attention to one of the most serious problems that the United States has left unresolvedthe problem of Americas most forgotten men. the migrant worker:
