Czechoslovakia. East Germanyfrom which 4.700 refugees are now fleeing weekly. a rate of one every 2 minutesEstonia. Latvia. Lithuania. Poland. Rumania. and Yugoslavia. In addition. there are some 9 million expellees and r3fugees from East Germany. as well as other Russian and nonRussian escapees from the Soviet Union itself.
