General Paul Stehlin. and (2) General Paul Stehlin is an active member of the French Armed Forces or an active official of the Government of the Republic of France. the North Atlantic Treaty Organization. the United Nations or any other organization in which the United States of America is a participant the provisions of section 352 (a) (1) and (2) of the Immigration and Nationality Act shall not be applicable with respect to Anne Marie Stehlin.
