I have been intrigued by listening to your record as you have written it into these hearings by failing to deny very serious allegations against you. and have been impressed by the point Senator CUaTs emphasized. that you are an alien. You have never been naturalized. You have apparently been involved in a whole series of crimes. You have been given a chance to purge the record and clear it and deny them. but you have taken the fifth amendment. which is virtually tantamount.
