Butlet me stressunder this bill no one will be deprived of his day in court. no one will be deprived of availing himself of the right of a writ of habeas corpus. no one will be deprived of the right to obtain a judicial determination of the validity of an administrative order of deportation. Similarly. no one will be deprived of a full judicial review of his claim that he is not an alien but a citizen of the United States. However. this bill will prevent the deportable alien from returning to various courts under the most frivolous and most arrogantly laid claims delaying indefinitely the time when the United States could terminate its hospitality to its enemies and his illbehaving guests.
