That the United States use its good offices to gain recognition in a substantial way of the rights of the Arab refugees who were dispossessed of their lands. Here we indeed touch a thorny problem. However. it must be grasped and mastered if any semblance of peace is to be brought to the nations and peoples of the Middle East.
