Mr. President. the Senate passed S. 3007 and S. 3129 on May 1 and May 21. 1958. respectively. These bills grant to the minor children adopted or to be adopted by citizens of the United States the status of nonquota immigrants. On July 8. 1958. the House passed S. 3007 and S. 3129. each with a minor amendment stating that the natural parents of the beneficiaries shall not be entitled to any right. status. or privilege under the Immigration and Nationality Act. I move that the Senate concur in the House amendment to each of the bills. S. 3007 and S. 3129.
