R. 3783 regarding visas for orphans which you authored. Every days delay in the enactment of this bill means that these orphans are denied the love of a mother and father that much longer. There are over 6.000 families waiting now for these children. all depending on you and other Members of Congress. to make it possible to hold in their arms these dear little babies.
