Negro official of the Communist Party * * * charged by the FBI and immigration authorities with being an alien who desires forcible overthrow of the Government. * * * Signing a statement that Miss Jones arrest was a most unfortunate and dangerous action and urging that the charges against her be dismissed were Philip M.
