"What sort of man is this." asked the Daily Worker. "who for 20 years on 3 Mondays a month hands down judgments on appeals on every conceivable point of law. and whose dissenting opinions on behalf of the Tights of man will remain longer In mens minds and more thumbed in the lawbooks than many majority opinions?"
