President. in my position I happen to believe that it is my duty to give consideration at all times to what I consider to be moral values and humanitarian principles. I am introducing this bill only for the purpose. Mr. President. of having the Committee on the Judiciary take a look at this case before this man is deported to Argentina. because of these facts. I do not know Mr. Seligson. Representations have been made to me. however. by prominent people. and in one instance by a very prominent business official. that a great injustice will be done if this man is deported.
