That Lettie Jane Sparling and Wesley Wayne Sparling. if found otherwise admissible to citizenship. may be naturalized upon compliance with all the requirements of section 323 of the Immigration and Nationality Act. except that(a) no period of residence or physical presence in the United States or any State shall be required. (b) no period of residence in the United States while in legal custody of the adoptive parent or parents shall be required. and (c) the petitions for naturalization may be filed with any court having naturalization jurisdiction.
