The bill for the relief of Karin Tittel Taylor. introduced by Mr. MORSE. was received. read twice by its title. referred to the Committee on the Judiciary. and ordered to be printed in the RECORD. as follows: Be it enacted. etc.. That notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph (9) of section 212 (a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. Karin Tittel Taylor may be admitted to the United States for permanent residence if she is found to be otherwise admissible under the provisions of such act. This act shall apply only to grounds for exclusion under such paragraph known to the Secretary of State or the Attorney General prior to the date of the enactment of this act.
