I call the gentlemans attention to 103. which charges the Commission with the duty of investigating allegations that certain citizens of the United States are being deprived of their right to vote. Some years ago. when I was a member of the Committee on Immigration. we made a thorough study and determined that several million aliens in the United States were voting illegally. Would the gentleman be opposed to the inclusion of a provision that would charge the Commission with the duty of investigating those who are voting illegally in the United States. as well as those who are deprived of the right to vote?
