It may well be that this Cleveland judge feels that he has as much right to ignore the Constitution of the United States as the Supreme Court has. and that he Is following established precedent in doing so. Although this order of banishment has not created any furor.. or even a ripple of protest. in the North and East. it has attracted some notice in the South. The Metropolitan Herald. of Atlanta. Ga.. carried an editorial in its June 13 issue calling attention to this unconstitutional deportation order. I insert the editorial from the Metropolitan Herald herewith as a part of my remarks:
