Section 212 (d) (4) of such act is amended by adding in subdivision (B) after the words "adjacent islands" the words "or of countries in the Western Hemisphere". and at the end of said paragraph changing the period to a comma and adding the following "or (D) on the basis of reciprocity with respect to nonimmigrant aliens under paragraphs 15 (B) and 15 (D) of section 101 (a)." SEC. 4. Section 213 of such act is amended by adding at the end thereof. the following sentence. "The bond and cash deposit may be waived by the Attorney General under such conditions as he shall by regulation prescribe." SEC. 5. Section 221 (a) of such act is amended by deleting "the quota. if any. to which the immigrant is charged. the immigrants particular status under such quota. the particular nonquota category in which the immigrant is classified. if a nonquota immigrant. the date on which the validity of the visa shall expire and such additional" and "classification under section 101 (a) (16) of the nonimmigrant. the period during which the nonimmigrant visa shall be valid. and such additional". SEC. 6. Section 221 (e) of such act is amended by deleting* "the date and port of arrival. the identity of the vessel or other means of transportation by which the immigrant arrived. and such other endorsements". SEc. 7. Section 221 (h) of such act is amended by deleting the last sentence.
