Mr. President. because of the congestion in the work being handled by the Committee on the Judiciary. and because it is very difficult at times to get a quorum in committee. I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on the Judiciary be given leave to hold meetings during the sessions of the Senate. in order to catch up with the work of the committee. without the Proposal by Soviet delegation. necessity of coming to the Senate each time to make the request for leave. also. that the Subcommittee on Immigration and Naturalization and the Subcommittee on Antitrust and Monopoly Legislation be permitted to hold meetings during the sessions of the Senate.
