I have also requested a report from Rev. Rev. Msgr. Edward E. Swanstron. chairman of the committee on migration and refugee problems of the American Council of Voluntary Agencies for Foreign Service. Inc.. but that has not come to hand. I will continue my efforts. first. to ascertain the results of the administration of this important law. and second. to make recommendations as to how it may most successfully be administered.
