Those of you who are interested in protecting human rights and who oppose this bill. should at least have the frankness to tell us just how you propose to see that those rights are protected. I challenge the next one who is going to get up here. not to talk about wetbacks. but to talk about how you are going to keep people from being wetbacks. how you are going to give some legal recourse to those people. how you are going to protect American workers from unfair competition.
