Some commit suicide. some give up and go back to the Communist mainland. Most continue to hang on. hoping for at least a gesture now and then from the free peoples. Surely we want to do something to help in that situation. The bill purports also to be without discrimination. Yet it ignores all refugees who are not of the white race. I cannot think of a more brazen act of unadulterated racial discrimination than to pass a bill providing generously for those who are white and giving no crumb whatsoever for those who have different colored pigment in their skin. but who are also human beings and children of God.
