This man applied for a job with the Voice of America. He was investigated in the fall of 1946 for a position on the Russian desk of OIE. Investigation showed he was a refugee from the Red revolution. He was naturalized in 1927. He has a reputation as an expert in Russian affairs. having studied them for a period of many years. He was employed with OSS from February 1942 to December 1942. and then was requested to resign.
