I know they would not make a misstatement intentionally so misleading and so wrong. Let me read section 13. Could language be clearer? No visa shall be issued under the provisions of this act to any person who is or has been a member of or participated in any movement which is or has been hostile to the United States or the form of government of the United States. Yet this bill is assailed. Do Senators want a bill to pass which will permit to come into this country men who are hostile to the form of government of the United States?
