I sum up and refresh our memory on these facts because they have a most important bearing on our good Presidents request for $400.000.000. I wish to suggest that the British Governments word. and further. that its Judgment. cannot be depended upon. 1947 � They would have us believe that Greece is important to our security. but their actions prove that Greece is unimportant to their security.
