Palestine has been known as the land of theJews. Anyone who reads the story of the creation and development as portrayed in the Old Testament must realize that Palestine is the land which the Jewish people can. and should. call their homeland. As indicated by the letters and .telegrams reaching me. they now want to return to their heritage in Palestine. and I think the British Government. which has the mandate over this land. should respond to the call and allow free emigration. Britain has many colonies and much territory. Much of it is well settled and a large part of it needs settlement and development.
