That is true. and I am trying to follow that. Suppose the parents came here 20 years ago and children were born to them. These children became naturalized. Their children became naturalized if they were under 21. Also the nativeborn. Then before the children became 21 they took the children and moved to England and renounced citizenship in the United States in favor of England. They became English citizens. Under Czechoslovakia law or Italian law or any other law that child was expatriated without XCI- 293 his consent. even though born in this country.
