Of course. that is true but a child that is born here during the period his parents were refugees would have to come back here before 1947. If his parents took him back to Germany. France. or wherever they came from. the child would have to come back before 1947. therefore he could not be more than 3 years of age. Somebody.would have to sponsor him and he would have to leave his parents back there. So. of course. it is a very extreme supposition that a child 2 or 3 years of age would come back here and live here by himself without anyone to support him or to take care of him. leaving his parents back there.
