It might be a good idea to call the attention of the committee at this time to the fact that the War Department has not yet told the reason why Hans Wilhelm Rohl. a German noncitizen. could live in the United States of America for more than a quarter of a century. could do business here as a private contractor and get hold of millions of dollars worth of contracts with our Government to build defenses in the Pacific. I think that is a question that would be interesting to look into.
