Mr. Speaker. it is tragic indeed to have Britain seal the doors of Palestine against Jewish immigration. despite its violations of the AngloAmerican Treaty of 1924. the concurrent resolution of Congress in 1922. the League of Nations mandate. and the Balfour declaration. But the British Ministry of Information adds insult to that Injury by importing into this country one Miss Freya Stark. She is a paid "agent provocateur" touring Canada and the United States. spreading lies concerning the Palestine Jews in her efforts to justify the infamous MacDonald White Paper which bars Jewish immigration into Palestine. She is a decided mischief maker. a sort of modern Molly. MacGuire troublebreeder.
