I ask unanimous consent to present for appropriate reference and to have printed in" the RECORD a letter addressed to me from Joseph Vacanti. president of the Order Sons of Italy in America. of the State of Nebraska. in which he states that the executive committee of that organization has studied House bills 1291 and 1941. pertaining to the amendment of the Nationality Act of 1940 and to the naturalization of certain persons. not citizens. whose sons or daughters have served with the land or naval forces of the United States. and that his organization Is favorable to the passage of the bills.
