Probably some refugees would not have come into this country in the past 2 years if it were not for the individuals who have been instrumental in having them come over to this country. Certain employers of labor have simply discharged American citizens and they have put on these new people in order that they might have work so that they could maintain themselves and the fellow who brought them over would not be responsible. That is causing more trouble in the gentlemans own city than anything else that I know of. So it is a difficult situation in which you find yourself because of what has happened in the last 2 or 3 years.
