Mr. Speaker. I have no word of criticism to make of the Immigration Committee or any other committee of the House. However. one of the things that this resolution refers to in section 3 is "the extremely serious enemyalien situation." Our- good friend. the gentleman from Alabama . pointed out that the Tolan committee has already covered that subject very fully. They held hearings for over 3 weeks on the west coast. The recommendations made by the Tolan committee have been sent to the departments. and the final report has been made and is available to the entire membership of the House.
