Mr. Speaker. in view of the economic agreements. commitments. and understandings that are being worked out among the allied countries andconsiderIng the proposals that have been submitted with regard to the war plans. the question of dealing with peoples. foreign to our own. on immigration matters will be extremely intricate and highly important. When this war is finally concluded. and we pray that will be very soon. our country Is going to be faced with many new and difficult situations. The question of dealing with povertystricken people of. the devastated countries of Europe and Asia will be extremely significant.
