That from and after the date of the approval of this act. Louise Hsien Djen Lee Lum. who was admitted into the .Territory of Hawaii on June 29. 1934. for a temporary stay and is the Chinese wife of a citizen of the United States and the mother of two children born in the United States. shall be deemed to have been lawfully admitted as an immigrant for permanent residence.
