My good friend. the gentleman from Mississippi . has a great knowledge on the subject of public utilities. and I have great admiration for the work he has done in that field. but his knowledge does not extend to the field of immigration. The bill the gentleman talks about concerns a man who was born in this country. a native of the United States. whose wife is an American citizen. whose family traditions go back for many years. He got into Canada and somebody over there bamboozled him. not only tak.ing his money away from him. but making him take out citizenship in Canada.
