Speech #760251509

I know. as a matter of fact. the Senator has inconvenienced himself to come back here from Utah. where he is engaged in a campaign. to look after this. with other important governmental matters. and I am sure the people of his State and the people of the Nation appreciate his action. at least. I hope they do. I desire to take a little time about this very important matter. I have before me a letter from Col. John Thomas Taylor. director. national legislative committee of the American Legion. I have conferred with Colonel Taylor innumerable times in regard to the allimportant matter of deporting this alien enemy. Bridges. A day or two ago I received from him a letter.
