Even if we did not like the color of their eyes or the color of their hair the Congress has full power under the law and the Constitution to deport them. and we have the power today to deport Harry Bridges as an undesirable alien. You do not have to prove that he is a Communist. you do not have to prove anything else except that he is an alien agitator and an undesirable alien. And I go even further: You do not even have to prove that he is an undesirable alien if the Congress thinks it is in the interest of America and our institutions to deport such a person as Harry Bridges. We not only have the right to do so. but It is our duty to do so.
