Such matters as the award of a contract. the exclusion of an alien. the deportation of an alien. the hospitalization of a veteran. the granting of a license for a boat. benefits under the Security Actall would be subject to court review. No distinction is made. And what about the Presidents constitutional power of appointment and removal?
