I am anxious for the day to come when we can go on record in this body as to where we stand on that subject. as to whether we are for the aliens or are for American citizens. I am praying for that day to come. Now I shall conclude by asking that there be printed in the RECORD an article which I hold in my hand in reference to the alien question entitled "Immigration to United States Shows Rapid Growth." The article appeared in the American Vindicator. a magazine published monthly at Wasnllngton. D. C.. in its issue of March 1940.
