I take this opportunity to congratulate the people of the Senators great commonwealth upon the fine judgment they exhibited and evidenced and utilized in sending such an able individual to represent them in the upper House of the National Congress. In that connnection I am very happy indeed that the Senator from Minnesota made that statement. He asked me if the refugees of the world are to displace the boys and girls. the men and women of America. From what the Senator has stated. and from what I will now reveal to him. I must shamefully admit that they are going to displace them.
