I object. There being no further objection. the Clerk read the bill. as follows: Be it enacted. etc.. That the Secretary of Labor is hereby authorized and directed to cancel. the outstanding order and warrant of deportation in the case of Nicholas de Lipski. any provision of existing law to the contrary notwithstanding. From and after the date of the approval of this act Nicholas de Lipski shall not again be subject to deportation by reason of the same fact upon which the outstanding proceedings rest. The bill was ordered to be engrossed and read a third time. was read the third time. and passed. and a motion to reconsider was laid on the table.
