The amendment states. No part of any appropriation contained in this act for the Immlgration and Naturalization Service shall be expended for any expense incident to any procedure by suggestion or otherwise. for the admission to any foreign country of any alien unlawfully in the United States for the purpose of endeavoring to secure a visa for readmission to the United States. or for the salary of any employee charged with any duty in connection with the readmission to the United States of any such alien without visa. There is nothing in that amendment which states it is limited to giving information to an alien. This is a prohibition against the employees of the Service giving any information to anyone.
