I would like to have some information with regard to the preexamination procedures which have been followed with respect to sending an alien to Canada under some sort of agreement with the Canadian Government by which it was agreed that if they were not found eligible for visa under the preexamination procedure. they would be nevertheless readmitted to the United States. and a number of those aliens who have been found for one reason or another subject to deportation. have been sent to Canada and readmitted after that procedure either with visas or without them. Can you give us full information regarding that?
