Not now. my time is too limited. It seems to me that common sense requires that both of these problems be solved and be solved by this Congress. and this is the only opportunity to solve them. Deportation for allen criminals is one problem that should be solved. and taking care of these hardship cases that are now here is a fact and must be faced. and we must solve that problem. This bill provides the only possible way of solving the problem that is now before Congress. I have listened to discussions of the four Starnes bills in committee. and I say that according to my judgment they are impossible and altogether too drastic. and for one I would not vote to favorably report those bills.
