They are right there in the bill. Section 2 of the bill treats with a different matter entirely. This section treats with granting amnesty to aliens who are now here. who secured entrance into the country at least 10 or more years ago. who were smuggled in. or who came in illegally. who are under the present law subject to deportation. but who have not been deported because they are hardship cases. Every one of these has entered into a family relationship here. which means that if these people are deported we are breaking up families. and in all probability we are removing the breadwinners and will have the rest on our hands.
