I do not believe that such law will apply to Filipinos. In the closing hours of the last session our friend from New York [Mr. DICKSTEINI assured us that as soon as this session opened he was going to have hearings and help us to report the bill stopping immigration to this country from foreign countries. That is more important than any other question that has come before Congress. We ought to stop aliens from coming here. They are taking hundreds of thousands of jobs from Americans. We ought to stop all immigrants from coming here for the next 10 years.
