It would. I am not only referring to this particular radio statute. If you are going to have these cases considered anew in the Federal courts when they refer to radio. you have got to do the same thing when the case refers to immigration. or when it refers to a fraudorder case in the Postmaster Generals department. You will have to go all along down the line. and then you will have the Federal courts so filled up with such cases that if you have a meritorious case you could not get your case tried for years unless you would allow us to come in and double the number of judges we have at the present time. and in the interest of economy you would not do that.
