Canadians and Mexicans come in without restriction whatever. except as to health. criminal records. and other requirements of a similar character. A few days ago Canada issued an edict calling for a total suspension of immigration into Canada for two years. I want to say to you that our bill provides for a 90 per cent suspension for two years. They have gone further than we have on this question of restriction.
