I am informed by Mr. Harold Swain. managing editor of the New York Graphic. that one of his men discovered the printing press in New York City where the original letterheads on which the alleged orders from Moscow were printed. that he called this discovery to the attention of the commissioner of police before coming to Washington. that he asked one of his men.
